GREAT ELECTRIC TRAIN SHOW - Featuring Grindley Brook O Gauge
Grindley Brook At The Great Electric Train Show The Hillingdon Railway Modellers will be taking their O gauge exhibition layout, Grindley Brook, to be shown at the Great Electric Train Show over the weekend of 12th and 13th October 2019. Whilst the bulk of the layout has been completed, there have been numerous scenic details that have been improved. Come and say hello and ask questions but understand that it the operators may be busy.
The layout also features in a recent edition of Hornby Magazine (HM148) and in the accompanying video which is linked above. In this edition of Hornby Magazine they will feature Hillingdon Railway Modellers’ stunning 7mm finescale exhibition layout Grindley Brook – and you can see it first hand at the 2019 Great Electric Train Show in Milton Keynes in October. In this video we showcase a selection of the club’s exquisite locomotives and rolling stock while also taking a driver’s eye view of the railway.
Even if you cannot get to MK for the show remember that the Hillingdon Railway Modellers next test track open day will be held 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturday 19th October 2019. They are an enthusiastic and friendly group of experienced railway modellers in all scales and you will be most welcome.
